Shipping Policy

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process your order. However, certain items can take longer to process than others. We will work our best to speed along the process, however we ask for your patience. Tracking information is provided here on the website for your convenience. Please use the tracking on the website first to determine shipping status if there are any delays. We will be working overtime to make sure your order gets processed as soon as possible. To bring you the best selection, Kimante works with multiple fulfillment partners. Please note that multi-item orders may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries for a single purchase. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details regarding these charges.

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping and Expedited Shipping options); The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors or additional fees. This includes but is not limited to Lost or Stolen Packages. The carrier will need to settle any outstanding shipping errors and reimbursements. We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff or carrier.
